Started my morning swim today and it’s not too bad… It’s not a diet plan since it is always a short-term success. It’s for my stamina and I am still lack of strength especially my left hand and my waist… Waiting for Sherlee’s homecoming before we start going to the gym again. Wee!
But first I’ll have to stick to the lonely Monday & Thursday morning swim + Tribezone’s Tuesday & Friday Night’s Practises before we squeeze in the Monday or Tuesday evening jog. Trying to fit myself into those exercises before I am too busy for all that…
