TwiCe UpoN a Time In K L - ChApTer 1

Day 1

I still remember how Sherlee’s face was like when sending me off to the departure gate. It’s hilarious how a friend would look so sad since I will only be away for five days. But it’s good to know that I have a true friend. She might be a cock teaser, blur & pain in the ass sometimes…. but she appreciates & understand the meaning of friends. ‘By the way, nobody is perfect anyway’

1st time landed on the LCC terminal. ‘Low Cost Carriage’ I guess the government cant think of any better name at all huh. I am a low cost passenger & I have to walk a 50Meter distance before I reach the terminal from the airplane parking lot. Many people took the opportunity to take group photos & things like that. I can’t even be bothered to take any shot coz No.1 I am not Kenny Sia can take pictures alone like nobody’s business & look like a freak. No.2 it’s 11:45pm & I am damn sleepy.

The luggage took ages to come out & it’s 12.00 midnight before I see my brother Christopher again. I curst the Kolo Mee & Laksa for being freaking heavy which I hand carried all the way. Reached home at round 1am & took a quick shower before I sleep.

Basically that’s the 1st day in KL. I spent er…. RM0 (Good job keep it up! Hooray to my inner sense)

Day 2

Seriously I really can’t imagine how Low Cost I can get. Stepped out from Chris’s apartment at 2pm & used a RM5.00 taxi to meet Tuvshuu, Ariuka & Ariuka's gf. Funny their apartment is just opposite Sunway Pyramid. The environment was quite nice with many students & swimming pool too. Most Apartments in KL got swimming pool I know but still I love to see the pool. What a coincident I met 3 Kuching folks in the lift. They are staying at 12th floor. What a small world…. Seen them before but can’t remember where.. Ishh... Tuvshuu was supose to have a crooked nose.. Thought it will be like real bad... but it was ok. I seriously believed that he lied until I see the medical fees & pictures. It was like really crooked to te left but no external injury... So no scar or whatsoever. Lucky him. It's a little complicated to explain. If u wish to see to do some deep thinking & have a good laugh 'which I had & nearly pissed someone off' on how amazing grace accident can caused a crooked nose -in another word.. F**King funny -, I'll show u personally coz it's very ugly & might corrupt & discriminate my blog page =P

Brought a bottle of Southern Comfort with me & been drinking, talking & calling Mongolia, korea & Singapore trying to reach some old friends who left (Land line is free world wide… sorry for the cell phone users k) whole night, just the 3 of us like the good old days -Well, never really get along with Ariuka's gf & she's not very keen to join us either, so she was just sitting in the room & online whole nite long). They even bought more beers from the shop just below their apartment but I retrieved. Had a good chat with the two camels & asked them to go this Saturday’s Hard Trance event & we are all set to go with Ariuka trying his own version of Mongolia Shuffle which is good used for kicking balls. There’s only side step & front kick for his version. Drunken Camels are usually funny.

Basically that’s the end of 2nd day in KL. I spent er… RM5.00 (Good job keep it up! Hooray to my conscious)

Day 3

***THE UNPLANNED***

Genting this afternoon... When the real adventures begin

I read numerous blogs about Genting bla... bla... bla... I'll try to stirr something more with a Genting moment touch instead of like introducing it as a free publication once I got back.

Tune in for more! Chaoz..

KL KL KL...

It’s Time to Fly Again. This time I’m travelling alone yay! Longtime I haven't been travelling alone :-) and it’s not a shopping trip either. Just visiting my brother Christopher & my sister Brenda to sought off some pending issues.

The other reason I am going is to solve off my pending relationship too. I don’t know how it would go but yes I admit that I still love him and it’s very much indeed. But sometimes, we have to see the condition & situation whether is it genuine to keep it or it is just a waste of time for two little people in a different part of the world. As many always say… long distance won’t work. & if it does, you’re just lucky. Well guys, Wish me luck!

& another interesting reason is to meet up with some KL shufflerz & starts shuffling with them in the coming Hardsequence event at Ruums, KL with DJ X-Statik. Boy I’m so excited over this event even though I missed the last week Scot Project’s OHM session. Can’t do anything coz I am not there yet. I’m pack with my phat pants & ready to shuffle anytime! Lolz

The thing is, I am going to be like a vendor selling Kolo Mee, Laksa, Bird Nests, Local Barley & Bak Chang as these are the things Christopher requested me to bring along -_-lll. I’ll just dump to cargo. Hehe

Will bring back some videos & pictures..

How do you define big screen when you watch the world no.1 famous football event? Well, I think my definition is very big... Hehehe

Ok well, it's the whole Thank You party thingy to appreciate the Team Members on their hard work for the entir 1st half of the year. There's another one end of the year... That's why i love my company so much! Muaks~

This time, the theme is FootBall Fever & everyone is suppose to either wear jersey for the country they are supporting or casual if they do not have any jersey. I do not have any country's jersey, so I have to get one. Went to Parkson, can't find my favourite country Netherland's jersey. Went to the famous pioneer sports wear shop Robbinson met most of the customer choosing their jerseys.... all from the hotel ha~ ha~ ha~ nobody wants to be left out wearing casual T-Shirt & Jeans. But unfortunately, the legendary Sportswear Shop also does not have what I am looking for & Charles, the son of the owner who was my x schoolmate told me that NETHERLAND is not a favourite country & not much people looking for their Jersey... Ishhh the only one they have is a BLUE color jersey with a HOLLAND in front. Maiku... As far as I know Netherlands only have Oranje & White colour jersey. What's up with the blue color? Since I was put in a timeless & choiceless condition as the party is the next day & my dad is already waiting for me in the car, I had to be in the dilemma of take it or leave it. I took it anyway.

On the dinner day itself, I sent the jersey for embroidery with a ‘Robben 11’ at the back & wore it on that night itself. It was a great party… Been taking pictures & drinking whole night. Was not up to Mongolian or Russian drinking standard yet but I can say it was like a magic refill glass. Everyone has been pouring for me.. Damn.. Tot I was suppose to stop drinking! Blame it on the world cup! Hehehe never blame myself for things that I’ve done huh.. Coz I never regret what I did. That’s why. :P

Holland went through a really rough game with Portugal with so many offences that the blinded referee didn’t notice! Ishhh.. Now the Dutch is already been elimated. I'm totally dissapointed & depressed for them!

I never knew got language shuffling until i read this article on 14th June in one of our local English Newspaper. WTF

Yay! Finally finish my….. er…. Diploma Exam. Won’t be continuing my Degree anytime soon as saving for my travelling trip round the world comes first. Career comes second and further my studies will comes third lining up in my professional priorities.

Family & Friends is in a separate Category called Human Interaction Priorities.

Since so free… no more class to attend, no boy friend to busy about, I might as well take up some classes to learn more things & maybe a part time job to earn more money for my adventurous trips & future plans….

Since I’ve started my part time job every Monday, Tuesday & Friday night since May 06, it’s not a brainteaser for this part. Just need another activity to fill in my empty space. Besides sleeping, I finally made up my mind to take up Ballroom Dancing every Friday with Ms Sherlee.

I’ve been saying I wanted to take up ballroom dancing since forever…I’ve always always wanted to learn the Rock & Roll & Salsa dances –which is more challenging compare to Waltz & Quick Steps- … I learnt some simple steps during childhood when my dad was my dancing partner. It was cool dancing with my dad though but the class closed down due to insufficient participants. The only thing that is not SyOk about the whole ballroom dancing thingy is… No Partner -_-lll very hard to find a partner that is my height range. Can’t dance with a partner that is way too tall for me though. Well, can always learn alone coz they are all basic.

I know ballroom dancing is lame…… but it’s also an art coz not everyone can do it…… just like any other dance!

Want to join anyone? Come with your partners if any :P (Assuming that everyone is as pathetic as I am) hahaha… only Rm60 for 2 months..

Once Upon a TiMe in SibU - Finally last day :P

Last day in Sibu. I have spent too much money, bought enough things, had lots of fun relaxing & giggling all the way.. Not to say nightmare I had becoz of someone’s body figure (Wink) hehehe. Didn’t jog today because I only brought 1 jogging attire but we still go to the Waterfront for some photo sessions & took few videos just for memories & to remind myself of my improvement since the hilarious performance we did couple of weeks ago. I think I got much better & smoother but lack of speed. Damn the new heavy shoe. Practise! Practise!

Morning breeze by the Riverside is totally different comparing to Kuching. You don’t get to see villagers from across river playing with the water, washing clothes or even waiting for Longboat. Sorry guys… Longboat not available here.. Only Express Boats!

After the Waterfront, went top Vege market to get our earlier on booked ‘Kong Pia’ to bring back to Kuching. Sherlee suddenly said that she wants to go to the Sibu No.1 ‘Kong Pia’ shop to buy some ‘Lou Poh Peng’ so ok lor…. We went t with her & the crowd was crazy… So many people! I took a pictures of Sherlee & the crazy crowd…. The best solution is to set up a numbering system just like the banks and government departments.

Before getting to the Port, Jane bought a chicken burger from KFC next to our hotel for her lunch treat. The boat was a little overloaded & I was kinda freakout when I saw the passenger but what the hell. I need to get back to Kuching by that day & there is no way this overloaded ship is going to stop me from going. Took the pictures of the overloaded boat as well. Am not sure if they will get in trouble if I send this to the right people but what the hell… I’m just a normal people doing normal things..

On the way back…. Jane felt hungry & opened up her burger & our eyes nearly dropped out as it’s just about 2cm bigger than a ‘Kong Pia’ Can’t stop laughing at her. She had to eat the burger & the ‘Kong Pia’ just to filled her empty stomach while two kids are starring at her like hungry horses. I as well, took out my ‘Kong Pia’ & eat in front of those kids with my temptating look. I don’t give a damn about them as they were making too much noise in the cramp boat! Crying, shouting & keep kicking my chair from the back. Wasn’t a great journey.

It even started to rain when we reached Kuching. Luckily I brought along my disposable raincoat & everybody looked at me as if I’m an alien from outer space. Haven’t got time to show them the ET sign and met my sis with an umbrella J

Got in the car…. Feels good to smell the air around Kuching again! I’m proud of my hometown!

Video Taken on Last Day at Sibu Waterfront

One Upon A Time In Sibu - Day 2~

Woke up at 6.45am changed to my jogging outfit & to the Waterfront me & Jane went. I had a good old 25 minutes jogging & she was just enjoying the morning river scene & 3 aunties dancing on the stage in the middle of the Waterfront. The flooring at Sibu's Waterfront is totally different from the flooring here. It's all tiles & quite smooth too. Meaning if it's raining, you might slip. Good for skateboarding & not to mention Melbourne Shuffling too.. He he he.. In front of the stage where the 3 aunties were dancing is a very big star's flooring shape. My inner sense told me that I am gonna shuffle there if nobody is around. Maybe that evening or the next morning.

After showering, we went down to meet Sherlee's 2 Sibu friends for breakfast at 9.15pm ended up just taking drinks as the shop doesnt have what we wanted to eat. After the chit chatting session, we went walking around center of the town and ended up buying shoes and have to put it in our room 1st before continue shopping again as the shoes boxes are really big... Hehehe.. We headed to the Pagoda temple and took some pictures & videos there.

~Shopping in Sibu can seat & rest when u gets leg cramp~

~My favourite Picture Which I took when she was wishing hard~

Continue shopping around town & went to Premier Shopping Complex.... I can't believe that their choices of perfume is better than Kuching.. Gucci Gucci.. Sherlee bought a bottle of Gucci Envy. Planned to watch movie but it started quite late so we changed our mind coz the road is dark & we are only 3 girls & not Charlie's Angels.

~3 pairs of shoes.. which non is useable at work~

~Few outing funky outfits~

~A cheapskate RM9.90 bag since I overbought things & 3 pcs of cloths for my office wear since it's a hot deal RM3.30 per metre -In Kuching can get up to RM15.00 per metre- coz it's a high quality material~

Totally exhausted, we walked back to the hotel & rested until 7.30pm before we went down for dinner & went back to the hotel.. Packing & rested preparing for the next day's departure back to Kuching.... I never knew being in Sibu can shop like we are in KL.... Shopaholics are like that :P

This is a videos taken on 2nd say in Sibu when there's nothing better to do

Once upon a time in Sibu - Day 1 -

As the express boat started it's engine at 8.30am sharp on a sunny 2 June 2006 morning, Sherlee, Jane & I was totally over excited as it has been years since I travelled by sea & it's the 1st time for Sherlee & Jane. Finding it quite cool to be able to go out to the top of the new Bahagia Ekspres boat that can load 300 passengers and not having too many peepz inside coz it's the 2nd day of Gawai & those who needs to go back to their home town must have been drunk at home since few days ago!

We took some videos & pictures when we were on board as the sea was so blue & the day was absolutely fine. Some englishs even had sun bathe under the afternoon sun!

Reached Sibu at 1.30pm & started to walk like chickens without head to find Hotel Bahagia which I stayed few years ago. Since Sibu is not a big city at all, we do not need a map to show us where we were. After we finally found the hotel, suprisingly it was an OK hotel as they renovated the whole 4 floor shop lot & the best thing is KFC is just next to the hotel & Star Cineplex or Cathay is just behind it... Yay~~~

On the way to the hotel.... I saw this so called ~The Machine that Droof~ by some RO water inthusiast. 1 litre for 20 cents.

We spent the whole day wondering around San Yang Shopping Complex (A mini version of KLCC & almost similiar to Boulevard Shopping Complex, Miri). I even had time to stop by a cyber cafe on 4th floor in the complex but the connection is worst than my house's connection.. RM3 per hour & went back to hotel for a quick shower at 6.30pm.

~Wisma San Yang~

After dinner at KFC, we hit the cineplex at 9.00pm to catch X-men. The movie is recommended. Not too suprising as the good guy always win but it's worth to watch coz the effect is really cool. The only thing I am really frustrated is that Cyclope died in the beginning part after Kissing Jane -_-lll no action or fight. We'll it's just a movie.

~From right : Old Cathay & now Star Cineplex, Wannabe~

Headed back to the hotel at 10.30pm and after somewhat girls talk.... To the bed we go.... Nothing really interesting for entertainment here but if you are looking for relaxation... It's highly recomended.

I have a good feeling that I will be happy after this trip coz all the things seems to have BAHAGIA word on it (Bahagia = Happiness in Malaysian Language)

Sea Transport (To & Fro) = Bahagia Ekspres
Accommodation = Hotel Bahagia
Next to the hotel = Restaurant Bahagia

THE ONLY FUNNY THING ABOUT SIBU IS THE DRIVERS TEND TO HIT THE GAS WHEN THEY SEE PEDESTRIAN. IT'S A PRESSURE CROSSING THE ROAD THERE... EVEN A BICYCLIST WILL CYCLE FASTER WHEN THEY SEE YOU CROSSING THE ROAD. They just don't let you cross 1st!

During Sherlee's cigaratte break, noticed that the floor is so smooth! & this is what we did.....

Note : To view this video, it is advised that you either :
