I watched this movie couple days ago. The movie is one of the most successful Taiwanese movie about a small town that wanted to organize a live band performance by the local along with an invited famous Japanese Singer.. The whole movie is about an angry man who can sing and play guitar very well but have his own personal problem.... part of that is another story about a Japanese man who left his girlfriend in Taiwan 60 years ago... that was a very touching scene.
In one of his mail, he wrote... I love you very much but we just can't be together. Therefore i have choose to leave without you.... That line is the one i cried about coz he's a jerk but he has to do what he has to do... not the scene itself.. Emo Alicia
It's actually a journal the man wrote when he was on board going back to Japan and he died couple months before his grandchild found the journal and sent to Taiwan... however, the address Cape No 7 has no longer existed. How they found the mail and where to sent to.. you should watch it yourself. lol
