The Art For Tribezone Mini Studio's Office

I am planning to paint my office with a Rising Sun on the wall behind my desk. Not an original idea but I have purposes to match it with my sofa and the Pearl Habour's Japanese Airplane PVC Poster as the curtain.

I also I know that according to Feng Shui, SUN actually can cause the Yang Chi to be so strong that it might affect the relationships with the colleagues in the same office. Anyway, I just have to decorate some other things in the office with Water Feature then. For me in Feng Shui, it is all about how individual feels. As long as you feel good and you believe that it is good isn’t it? No point following all the Feng Shui instruction and having your home and office looking like shit eh?

Why am I talking so much about the office and Rising Sun? Cos when I was searching for the photo of Rising Sun before I start my painting work on the wall, I found a very cool site which provide brushes of Rising Suns for Photoshop. Tribezone has confirmed the event with 2 celebrity Melbourne Shufflers in the year end event called MASS CORROSION II. It will be the 1st event with the main squad of Hardstyle Republic’s appearance in the East Malaysia.

This post is about introducing the two dudes and the group itself for all my readers who are not shufflers or still very new in Melbourne Shuffling.

Hardstyle Republic was previously known as Hardsequence back in 2006 until February 2007 and later changed their group name to Hardstyle Republic after confusion caused with Hardsequence itself as it is also an event’s name. They were also flamed and mocked by the Negative Minded Melbourne Shufflers for calling themselves as the event’s representative and all the negative comments.

It served them right for mocking the group because after they changed their name to Hardstyle Republic, it sounds even cooler and they had eventually got very famous after that. They were champion in a enormous International Dance Festival organized by Time Square KL and by using their new name, Hardstyle Republic. The group has now expend to Sabah, Spain, Australia and even Netherland

Apekwhuut has been with HR since the beginning and he is the guy that will drive from Johor to KL just for a meet up or usual Park Shuffle. I met him personally last year in Cheras Downtown when they were still Hardsequence and proudly, I will tell you that he is very friendly and helpful because being only 1st time meeting up in person, Apekwhuut and Amirul gave us a ride back when we almost had to walk to KL just because some asshole promised to come and send us back to our hotel but didn’t show up at all..

Cheras Downtown is a night market next to the bicycle stadium where they have bundle stalls, accessories, clothing, bags, food, drink, Melbourne Shuffle performance for public, Bboy showcase and Karaoke for fun. Ajam aka The Gambler previously called himself as Khaiyoshi was the 1st person who introduced himself and invited us to shuffle along. He was also the finalist in one of the singing competition in TV called Gangstarz if not mistaken.. Nice guy

However, they will be in Kuching to spin as Djs not to perform as shufflers. Why? It is because they have evolved from a dance group to a Dance, Djs, Event management & Clothing aka Merchandize group. They have produced their own Djs, own merchandize and managed to organize events for all the Melbourne Shufflers to shuffle together in an event organized by shufflers. However, they will migle around with everyone as they don’t come here to work. Just a holiday event with Kuching! Isn’t it great? To be in an event done by the same interest people?

All the long write up is to convince everyone that it is an event you will not regret going or to send your children for an exposure to the West Malaysian Celebrity Melbourne Shufflers. It is indeed an event not to be missed and the earlier you get your ticket, the more affordable it gets.

On top of that, Hardstyle Republic's Guo Sen will also come with their merchandise that is selling like hot cakes and Tribezone will be blasting off our own stock such as Reflectors, wristbands and suspenders.

Frankly I love Hardstyle Republic because they are friendly, Apekwhuut has always supported us by buying Tribezone’s phatz and even backing us up when red eyes competitor started to mock us long long time ago... long story.. hehehe and most of all, their concept of the whole group thingy plus they are PURE. Not just as the best Melbourne Shufflers, but instead expend to a lot more creative branches. They are doing what they love to do in a fun way. That’s part of everyone’s dream job.

Merdeka Celebration

Independence Day is a special occasion to the whole Malaysia.

A special occasion is another reason to celebrate and get drunk.


Too bad I didn't coz I was too busy eyeing for any sexy man around in a sardin can.


Result.. found none.


The place without any good looking man that suits my eyes to see on a Merdeka Eve is C.O.R.E.... terribly packed but it was fun to be in with the crowd once in a while dancing like nobody's watching without worrying if it is what genre of dance.. hehehe

Over all, I had a great time with my mate and some other dancers from other groups, some gays, some strangers =)
