Getting in Shape

I started seeing a doctor for Weight Management Programme since 22 March 2011 recommened by a friend. It's a weekly monitoring session, cutting down on oily food, carbo & sugar intake, consistent exercise and on medication. I managed to loose 6kgs in 2 months and still on the programme until end of June. 

Currently, I am weighing at 56kgs and my BMI has reached normal from overweight... Just looking forward to loose at least another 5 kgs to achieve the ideal weight.

I've always believe in the quote 'when there's a will, there's a way'... next thing to worry about is the maintenance to keep the weight low. 

Anyway I am just 1 kg behind the 2011 resolution no.4 
 It's not too bad I guess since I do try to keep up to the resolution... (self comfort)

I don't think I'll ever lose weight.. :D
