C.O.R.E

Went to C.O.R.E last night with nobody else. It is a new club right opposite Travillion's Point One and alot of shufflers have been talking about it coz it has got a good dance floor and it's big and all that. On a Friday night, the Djs spinned retro R&B, some trance, some deep trance, TABLE SONG =.='', YMCA remix etc etc etc and Dota for three fcking times (last one was BY request)... total of songs repeated twice last nite was 3 songs but I can't recall what song. Ehemm... well not everyone is particular about the music especially after everyone is drunk but... it is still depending on the DJs to bring the local Djing scene to the top for better respect and standard of our lovely little Kuching.

Environment was great, chinese market and gave everyone the MC3 feeling. =)

The Reggae Dance~~~

Ok.. let the summary & video shows you how gaeee it is XD but it’s a cool dance to incorporate into the modern hip hop dance… I am purely to the darkside so this dances are not my priority but for a happy moment like this, reggae dance comes very handy to the environment. I talk craps don’t believe what i've just said…

Summary: Reggae Dancehall is a rhythmic form of popular Jamaican music that had a major influence on modern Hip Hop. In Reggae Dancehall, like Hip Hop, typically an MC raps over rhythms or beats produced by a DJ using turntables. Also like Hip Hop, some find Dancehall's lyrics to be crass and bawdy because of its sexual overtones, popular with the Jamaican youth. Dancehall is unlike traditional Reggae in that it is sped up, and many argue whether it should even be considered an extension of Reggae music at all.In this free video series, our expert Safi Thomas will tell you all about reggae dancehall, including how to do chest isolations, waist isolations, and the dutty whine. Safi will also show you how to do the bogle, the pepperseed, the butterfly, and upper and lower body waves. He will tell you about east coast reggae dancehall, and teach how to freestyle your own dance to reggae dancehall. Finally, Safi will give you a full demonstration of reggae dancehall dance.

One of the move… Looks a little bit like belly dancing though

BowLinG~~~

.:Ma Mushroomed & spiderwebed Equipment:.

Problem ler… My left ankle has no energy and it has this funny feeling everytime I walk a lot even though I am using a flip flop or barefooted… Promise Master Sifu Dad that I will rest from any dance activity that involves my leg for a month coz the 2nd repeated injury is just so cruel =(

Time to busy with gym and I am going to start a lame but expensive sport boring bowling with 2 old pals who used to be in Kuching High Bowling team many years ago. We met in Aarofitness and they straight away asked if I wanna play in the next League in their team =.= So confident in me eh???

It is indeed an honor.

It has been over 10 years I have left my bowling shoes and ball dusty in the store and they still have confident that I can have an average of 185-200 meh???? I would be lucky if I reach an average of 135… hahaha

The Legend will be back in the track again I hope :P

PS : Rose! If you are reading this.. wanna make a comeback together???

So good to Be Back~~

I guess my life now is back on track. Back to where I was before Sherlee has gone to the West Malaysia MIA for over 2 years. For the moment she was away, I was stuck in a lost world which I did not even know where should I go next, what should I do next, or even what was I doing drowning in a world which doesn’t suite my personality nor my love to alcohol (sometimes) at all…

I’ve beginning to let go the past sloowwwwwwwwwwwlllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyy now.. and starts to don’t give a shit of what other people thinks anymore. I cared too much and worried too much all the time. Man, I keep forgetting that we live only once or at least remember it for this life only.

The brand new me that I built and wasted when my partner in crime was gone is now buried in the mud somewhere at Sarawak Cultural Village last Saturday. RM90 to throw away all my trouble is considered reasonable. I have not seen myself smiling so happily for a very-very long time.

This is the brand old me and I like it this way.
