Yea, it’s a name of an event cum Melbourne Shuffle competition, which obviously is a hot topic since 3 weeks ago. People keep asking why Tribezone don’t want to join. And we gave whole lot of answers but still they kind of don’t get it.

The actual fact is…

1) We don’t know who’s the organizer and who’s judging for it – Coz we need to make sure we are entering a good competition, not some lapsap one.

2) Each person is to pay RM5.00 and winner gets them all – Just like gambling to me and kind of a put off to us.

3) How many minutes and how many person per team? – They said as many as you can find and don’t know how long -_____________-lll

4) Even better is they have it every month – So we will get chance to shuffle outside the Competition Hall at Waterfront Kuching like a monthly Park Shuffle.. hehehe

5) Besides we are pioneer and should GIVE CHANCE to the new guys. We will compete with them once they reach a great standard. ***If I tell people this by mouth, they will usually said.. Hao Lien la.. Lihai la Lihai La.. but that’s the true fact about Tribezone. When we do something, we do it right. If we join a competition, it has to be a SURE WIN. coz majority of us are KIA SU AND PROUD OF IT***


So Brian, Nelson and I went to check it out and meet some new people if possible coz we want to build a bigger network the right and nice way. But too bad the reiatsu is too strong. Malay not talking to Chinese and the Chinese at the end of the Hall and Malay conquer most of it coz most team are from somewhere over the river. I’ve tried my best to mingle around with them but I guess wearing a PIGS MAY FLY shirt is not helping at all.. Muahahaha *Evil Laugh*

It somehow gave me the feeling of me and Elvin shuffling last year at Speedzone. Since the tickets are sold out and people sitting in there watching the competition were like tunas in the can, we decided to mingle around shuffling outside the hall. Just like Speedzone when we joined ApekWhuut and friends shuffling our heart out at KL Tower with the people that did not purchase the tickets.. he he he

It was great except that Nelson is totally shy and Brian is still very shy to shuffle in public openly.

Suprisingly, Arafan and Marq who were the 1st few people when we have just formed Tribezone were there as Judges. See how proud am I now of the name Tribezone itself?

I HaTE 18Th of The Month!

Last time it was April 18th and now it’s January 18th. It’s another hurtful breakup that I never thought would repeat again. Nothing went wrong and there’s so much things that we’ve planned to do together but a simple sentence from him destroyed everything. I never knew that men change their mind as fast as women.

For the past few days, I have been feeling really miserable, lost my appetite, my cough is back and It's really worst than the last breakup, all my close friends are far from reach. Brokeup with me during a hard time like this is just like banging me with a hammer and kicked me to the drain. Seems like it's going to be another lonely birthday, lonely Chinese New Year and lonely Valentine's day...

It’s like a life that starts from Zero again… What a great 2008 to start with

I am still very tulan over yesterday's incident =.=''' so i go and find something cheerful to do.

It worked a little by watching my old video... Especially this one... See how cheerful, slow motion footwork, cacated hands, innocent with music and thin i was back in June 2006? Perasannya..... It made me laughed at myself for all the hardwork i put in everything... Made me feel that all these are just a test in life and to deal with it professionally is the best way to make it better. Tulan is jst for season.. it will fade before i know it.

My work as a Credit Manager Sux… So I quit

Today I realized that being a credit manager is a pain in the ass job. Imagine if you are promised to receive the payment VERBALLY and then you waited and PAST the day, you called up and being told ANOTHER TALE and so yeah you just waited again and again patiently.

When cash flow out is faster than cash flowing in, you got pressured and have no choice but to call up CHECK AGAIN nicely apologized for bothering. After so many checking and being told to WAIT but no solid explanation, you decided that to give up asking the person in-charge coz it’s NOT PRODUCTIVE and go straight to the BOSS.

Out of nowhere, your phone rang and the person in-charge called and you GOT SCREWED and been told RUDE for going direct to the boss and asking for payment???

Luckily I quit but at least now I know why Credit Manager are all so…. sad and grumpy..

Cos they got pain in the ass... Teruknya.....

The 1st time I went is on the Opening day on 10th January 2008 with my godma, Nelson and Brian. Window shopping and eating and all. No doubt I am also one of the people squeezing in the crowd, I am actually very proud of Kuching’s improvement on the building of giant shopping complex. Except on one thing….

Anyway, today I went to tHe Spring again (for the 3rd time since opening… lolz) with my godma, Nelson and her little granddaughter Diana. Walked whole morning and went to lunch at Kenny Rogers. We only went home after supporting Cript Ballas’s performance. This time is a little different coz it’s Haong Hang & Jeffrey’s 1st performance after they volunteerily joined Cript Ballas.

Gosh… I just can’t stand ppl asking me these questions bout Tribezone… So I’m gna make it clear here.

Questions From people who wants to buy something from us or only heard our name once….

Q : Are you from Tribal Zone?

A : No… it’s TRIBEZONE coz we have a lot of TRIBE in this Zone (Sarawak)… so it’s TRIBEZONE

Questions From people who is Soo… Kepo… and got nothing better to do besides gossiping and trying to be the 1^st person to know about Tribezone’s news….

Q : I heard Tribezone is disbanded.. Is it true???

A : No it’s not coz Tribezone is a company… how the hell can a company disbanded =.=lll we are not a Rock Band man…

Q : Are you Tribezone Leader?

A : I am not Tribezone Leader… more like an event coordinator coz I look for events and performances for everyone. I do not instruct the ppl to do as what I say. They can choose to follow or leave. And everyone is responsible for their own action and discipline. ( Unless while in an event, they work for Tribezone Events as part time staff, then they have no choice. Coz working and shuffling is two different matter.)

I know sometimes I may sound very sarcastic to the naïve and innocent ppl…. But their questions are really ding ding dong dong dang dang for me to answer politely. =(

This is going to be my 25th year on earth and 25 more years I am half a decade old. That’s why I am going to hit the rock and live my life to the fullest as usual. What’s done last year, is the past so i won't look back but to move fast forward. All I wish for 2008 are: -

We Saved the Best For Last

2007 Ended with a Free Trip to Miri! yeah! lolz

It’s been so long since I have wrote anything on my blog (follow what everyone usually says… lolz) It’s been so many things to blog about but time has been problem and I guess I’ll just choose some glory and victory to put in 1st.

The Standard for Melbourne Shuffle Competition in Malaysia has increased dramatically especially after inspired by Malaysian top group shufflers namely 7 sparks previously known as Glowuz and Hardstyle Republic previously known as Hardsequence. Apek kinda regretted posting in so many videos up in you tube and he’s not gna post so many new videos for all anymore.. hahaha. What a sad news to all Apek’s fans. Far more creative shufflers has came out with much much more difficult moves and routine after watching the videos… I also think so coz we also watched his videos! hehehe

Anyway, that’s what makes the competition a Great Challenge and Winning it makes you feel far better than just Great.

We trained within a month (maybe 7 days out of 1 month?) due to busy schedule with Xmas City and Celcom’s Largest Christmas tree in Sarawak. The documentary videos and photos are all in Elvin’s laptop so still waiting for him to send it over to us… haha. We tried our best not to follow 7 Sparks’s movement or any of the HR’s moves. Trying our best to come out with originality at the same time with some simple moves that is easily to remember especially when we are short of time. It took Elvin aka Jellybeanx 3 days to fool around with the mixes and we complaint on the 1st few mixes that’s it’s too hard to syncro with our moves and he told us that mixing for our routine is harder than mixing for an hour gig... hehe

Anyway, everyone dumped in ideas and we came out with a whole routine of 5 songs in the routine. We do not have time to see much new videos to get new ideas but what the hell we just came out with our own. As long as we all had fun.

1st Song effect - Ballerina waking up the dreamy shufflers
2nd Song effect - Synchronize with gun shooting background
3rd Song effect – Michael Jackson’s Thriller Video Clip and Dance monster inspired
4th Song effect – snake role and jumpstyle to be incorporated (was in our 1st successful video)
5th Song Effect – Phantom of Opera (puppet Master) and finally the end

We got 3rd though due to Brian is a little too nervous to know what he was doing. We jokingly blamed him for all the lost and forced him to buy everyone drink that night. But deep inside everyone, we are satisfied enough. It’s just a competition so be it Brian or anyone else who screwed up during the competition, what’s done is done. It’s not like we got last or it’s the end of Tribezone right? There are 7 groups competing and we got 3rd. 1st is Shifter from Johor and 2nd is Cript Ballas from Kuching who has nothing to do during school holidays beside training and they even have a studio man… Overall, we are considered as good but can be better. That’s what gna keep everybody moving.
