SeRikin~~

Before we went to ma mum's village today, we drove to Serikin since it's only 5 minutes drive away from the village. However, it ended up to be a 30 minutes drive from the village due to heavy traffic... Anyway, Serikin is about an hour drive from Kuching and is a market right at the Indonesia border. Vendors from Kuching & Kalimantan will open their stalls selling all short of things such as clothing, imitation handbags, wallet, rottan chairs, floor mate, household, cutleries, curtains, locally made potato chips, banana chips, tapioca chips, drinks, handicraft from Indonesia, fruits, wild vegetables and also Sea Turtle egg which is illegal & sad.

A lot of tourist and the Kuchingites love to go to Serikin during weekends or public holidays due to the prices are reasonable and it's great for city folks to go to the border for a shopping trip..... I also am not m
issing the shopping part & bought a dress and a cap. lolz.

The weather was hot... and so are we. We are all HOT as usual... lolz

Am I Tan?~~~

What makes everyone think that i am still very fair? =.=''' But i really love the golden shinning tan that i have right now.. too bad it's only on my shoulder.. my face, my hands and feet are still not well done.

.:Taken yesterday.. love the skin color.. love the hair:.

.:On my 5th exciting year at service :.

Am looking at sun bathing in Sematan this holiday and my hair is in thirst of sea water....

Tomorrow I am going to an adventurous Balik Kampung expedition. lol... not that bad actually.. I go back at least once every year to my mum's village on a day trip coz i can't really speak their language coz i speak Hokkien even with my mum and I might die without mosquito repellent and the internet. It's just not the way of my lifestyle.. i guess I am not a nature person when it comes to Kampung or Jungle except for the waterfall.... Beaches, Mount climbing, anytime!

LuCkY to Be ALiVe~~~

China earthquake did not only shock the chinese.... but also ma family...

My eldest brother Jeremy was in China nearby to the earthquake main attack location. At 1st he smsed me and told me there's an earthquake going on in China and they are in the Fire Station waiting for the 2nd earthquake to strike. I was like... ok ok... coz i didn't know it was a BIG EARTHQUAKE. Told my dad about it and he was also.. oh ok...

-__________________________-'''

At night when my dad was watching the news, he came to me and said... 'You better sms your brother and ask if everything is ok and ask him to update you if there's anything. This is not normal earthquake it's 7.5 magnitude or at least that's what i remembered'

Anyway, he is safe and backed in Singapore and he took few videos... Kinda reminds me of Cloverfield. here it is.

It must have been his worst holiday....

Lost Puppy!

This is a growing puppy that got lost in Kenyalang wearing red collar 2 weeks ago. I was with my sis when we saw him looking very puzzled and smelling everywhere for clues.

And then we saw him few times wandering around the theater area... Sometimes, it follows people and he really looks very very cute! Why i see him all the time? coz i go to Kenyalang very often... lol

Last night we saw him again. Without the collar this time and his back left leg were badly damaged either by other dogs or struggled from sharp fences. Please if he happens to be your dog... Please bring him home... He's very cute and looks really fine. Me and ma sis tried to persuade the dog into our car to give him a temporary shelter but he doesn't know us... so he ran instead.

Somebody please... I don't want to see him ended up bloated in the middle of the road somewhere at Kenyalang....

ON TOP OF THAT

Well the only people that is not happy from the beginning of the day is the one that think that I am a loyal driver and that just because i can't make it to pick him *even after i notify earlier to call me by 12.30pm and he called late. called him earlier claimed that he was in shower... oppss... Even told me he has lotsa other alternatives.* Just because some family issue and some past experience with dog friends, we became the victim of his anger. We've tried really really hard to talk to him like a stupid idiot with some what nicest face to try to cheer him up but i guess some people never appreciate. It's not the 1st time on the record.

The main problem is... some people just don't think they are wrong coz' they think they are forever right and too ego to admit it's their own fault in a way and too lazy to find their solution but instead just bad treat others?

I guess my sincere offer to pick some friends are taken for granted. Well, there's no next time i guess. I planned not to pick anyone without any good reason anymore coz it's depreciated and at the end of the day, i still pay for the petrol. It is not a MUST for me to pick some people but it's an offer to friends but they take it as my responsibility and picking them is my duty.... bullshit!

Lovely SaTurday ^ ^ Autumn in Kuching!

Today is a long full of activity and special Saturday. One of the day that might never happen anymore. Not the work of course! Starting with the time after we bought the tickets to tomorrow's Street Dance
Competition. Drove past Central Padang aka Padang Merdeka and saw something really amazing... so.. going to grandmother story about the amazing story first.

Alright. Padang Merdaka is a big field also a roundabout in the middle of the city. There is a big tree there and it seems like this year, it bears a lot of seeds and is dropping down like cotton wool. If you are a person with great imagination... It's more like Sakura No Hana season. Children were running around and people playing with the falling seeds are just so so calm. It just feels great. and the weather was perfect after the afternoon rain.. The cloud was clear without haze even though the forest burning has started again.

Tomorrow we will go for a small nice picnic after watching the competition. Here's some photos taken.. Do go before the season is over! Just don't make nuisance. PLUR!

Ideal Gift!

.:Personalized Reflective T-Shirt Printing:.

Been thinking what to give for Mr Daus. Until i finally recalled there was a statement saying that he's born a dancer and that's what he do best. =)

Started Melbourne Shuffle lesson for interested employee of Hilton Kuching. It is a form of exercise and the opportunity to learn the most 'IN' dance in town. Nelso & CkC came to help up as well. 5 person show up which 12 registered. 5 is not bad either as working in a Hotel, you can never predict what's going to come next.

Anyway, Mr Daus came to check the class out. *Don't be suprise he can shuffle =.=''* Here's something belated for his birthday.

Beach Bum

.:Ehemm... i took this photo ok!:.

I am a lazy bum when I’m in the beach. Just lay on a piece of towel and a bottle of dark tanning oil and start to sun bathing without anyone disturbing or calling me is the best moment of all… Mesmerizing the sound of the natural wave and the smell of the natural salt water. Reminds me of how amazing this world is and I deserve a rest from all the hard work I’ve been struggling….

But what the hell this is Kuching. Before you can even start reading a book or fell asleep, there’s always someone that come talking to you like you are a long lost friend telling you how nice the beach is, they'll get sun burnt, where's the sun block? wanna take photo? wanna make sand castle? wanna go swim in the sea? or even worst jumped over you with all the sand fell onto your body and laughed as if it's very funny and what do you do? Chase them with a stick (dead tree’s branch) and hit their ass.

For the past 7 days, I have gone to the beach 3 times in total. Wedesday was the longe
st of all (5 hours). Spent my whole morning doing nothing in the beach besides walking around and dipping my hair in the seawater. I am happy with my skin color now and my dread locks are great too. Sometimes, I wonder if I seriously belong to Bali the Indonesia’s Jamaica.

D' DreaDed aLiCiAks~~~

Quick chat : Happy birthday to Mr Daus! I throw all the nicest and bestest wishes on you. *If there's genie in a bottle came out to ask me what my wish is, i will always wish for all my wishes to come true* and when I realize he doesn't exist in this world. I still wish the same.

...........................................................................................................................................

Alright after the bombed hair which was done in conjunction with Chinese New Year, it's time to change for Hari Gawai? lol This time as i mentioned little about it in my previous posts due to it was incomplete, i finally finished dreading my own hair in 1 week! looking at my busy schedule i am only able to finish 10-20% per day.

Anyway, a lot of people including myself have usually believed in myth of dreadlocks due to lack of knowledge of it. For all these years, i thought that we can only dread with a special type of dread wax until i've seen Clement with dreaded hair and asked him more about it.

The truth : Wax kills dread coz it promotes mold and lice due to chemical. You still wash your hair as usual only without conditioner. It takes years to become naturally rounded dread lock like the one Bob Marley has. Sea water will help to keep the dread strong. Dread doesn't smell unless if you don't wash you hair of course! And since yesterday was Wesak Day and we have nothing much to do, i dragged few fellows to follow me to Pasir Pandak beach for sun tanning and dipping my hair in the sea water... lol

Lollipop PhaTz~~~

Here's a phat i designed as one of the lucky draw prize. The lucky winner was Jason. He choose this design out of 4 different design i drafted. by the way, it is also he one i like the most coz it's a very cute phat.

FeEls GrEat!

When I look into the mirror.. Wow my complexion is different. I am 5% tanner than yesterday! Yeah… a little success is another motivation to be even more tanned. =) And my dread lock project is now 70% completed. Speaking of dread lock. I found out that there’s natural method to get it done besides using the wax thanks to Clement and actually wax is not recommended by a lot of people. Find more about it at www.dreadlocktruth.com.

Feel more reggae then before. Actually it
feels great! So if you want to know my mood… It’s FANTASTIC. Even though money is still not enough and still looking or waiting for Mr Right or whatever you call it, at least I feel great about myself and doing what I love most. Achieving my dream hair since 10 years ago?

Alright, enough with my hair. Gna talk about the Global Shuffle. One word.. SUCC
ESS! Eventhough not much of shuffling instead a lot of ppl just go there wondering around, jogging attempt and playing with dried leaves, it’s the support to come to the meet up that counts. Here’s some photos that goes with it.
